Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times:

• New Zealand: 1–3 business days

• Australia: 5–10 business days

• United States: 7–14 business days

• Other International: 10–20 business days

Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and external factors like customs processing.

International Shipping

We ship internationally. Shipping charges and estimated delivery times will be calculated at checkout.

The customer is responsible for all duties, taxes, customs fees, import charges, brokerage fees, and any other charges imposed by the destination country.

The customer is also responsible for completing any customs clearance requirements and providing any information requested by customs authorities or the carrier.

If a shipment is refused, abandoned, returned to sender, or cannot be delivered due to unpaid duties, taxes, customs fees, failure to complete customs clearance, failure to provide required information, or any other action or omission by the customer, the customer shall be responsible for all resulting costs incurred by Hughes Race Built, including but not limited to shipping charges, return shipping charges, customs fees, brokerage fees, storage fees, and handling charges.

Any return shipment resulting from the customer's failure to pay duties, taxes, customs charges, or complete customs clearance requirements is at the customer's risk. Hughes Race Built is not responsible for any loss, damage, or destruction of goods during the return process in these circumstances. No refund will be provided for goods that are lost, damaged, destroyed, or otherwise not returned to Hughes Race Built.

Any refund issued for returned goods will be reduced by all costs incurred by Hughes Race Built. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us that includes a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at accounts@hughesracebuilt.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
