These racing cams are for engines producing approximately 450hp, designed specifically for use under Speedway NZ rules and featuring a 10:1 compression ratio.
The cam lobes have high lift, so cylinder head machining is required for clearance around the bucket bores. Additionally, a valve spring upgrade and retainer are necessary to seal the clearance modification.
An important note: 0.040″ smaller than OEM base circle diameter, 33mm base circle diameter
The VVTi system must be deleted, and Kelford Cams recommends using KVS208 valve spring.
